Set in a small town, this hotel offers a great location, with Hyde Park just across the road and Harrods only a few steps away. The staff creates an Italian atmosphere, providing a friendly and professional service. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with extra comfortable beds that help erase the tiredness of the day. The bathroom is well-lit and the hotel provides tasty snacks in the room. The location is perfect, with an underground station just a 3-minute walk away.
The Concierge service lacks efficiency, with a lack of communication regarding lost items and delayed bill emailing.

The Bar staff were courteous and professional, they gave us lots of choices and amazing options with various drinks and spirits. We went for the Bulgari Signature Cocktail and it was delicious! Highly recommended! I'll recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, making me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I checked in. They even allowed me to check in early, unexpected and much appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a short distance away from both HARRODS and HYDE PARK. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the attention to detail in the decor was excellent. The restaurant served excellent food, and the spa and pool were beautifully designed. The staff were always helpful and accommodating, providing superb service.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities and attentive service. the Spa & wellness centre was a standout, with a range of treatments available and a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the Indoor swimming pool and Steam room, which were kept immaculately clean. the room advantages were impressive, with a large and comfortable bed, as well as a well-stocked minibar. the Restaurant served delicious food and our In-room breakfast was delivered promptly and was of a high quality.
The only minor issue we encountered was a wait time for our Packed lunches. this was quickly resolved by the friendly and efficient staff.
